Learn how to view your company Expenses on Peekaboox
Keeping expenses levels at bay is the goal of every successful manager. However, since they are costs incurred in the regular course of your business, they need to be tracked and managed along the way and in parallel to adding revenues to your balance.
Here is the way to view you company's expense on your Peekaboox.
- Navigate on to the 'Revenues/Expense' in your 'Accounting' tab
- Select 'Expenses'
- From here, you'll see the list of Expenses incurred
- If you double-click on a specific Expense, you'll see the detailed information of the expense
Apart from viewing an Expense, you will also be able to Add, Duplicate, Remove or Edit an expense.
Peekaboox also allows users to generate an Expense report by exporting Expenses file through xls or csv by clicking on the 'Export to' button above.
