How do I see if my company is profitable?
A performance indicator or key performance indicator is a type of performance measurement. KPIs evaluate the success of an organization or of a particular activity in which it engages. Tracking it is necessary so the management can make smart business decisions about the direction of all current projects.
Checking the company performance can be done simply by following these steps:
- Go to the ‘Dashboard’ tab
- You will be directed to a page that shows different performance charts such as revenes per service, expenses, balance sheet and monthly cash flow, occupation per operator and revenues per operator - all of them making up the KPIs of your company.
The charts are real-time and interactive so you just need to select the chart that you wish you view and you can analyse the information you need. You can choose various months, move through the year or check last years data and you can also download the data for easier management.
